Rules of the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 777bl ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 777bl website at 777bl.app and all associated services, including but not limited to the mobile application, gaming products, and payment services.

By creating an account on 777bl, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional product-specific rules displayed within the platform, including sports betting rules, casino game terms, and promotion conditions. In the event of a conflict, these General Terms take precedence unless a product-specific rule explicitly states otherwise.

To register and maintain a 777bl account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are accessing 777bl for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of another person or as a business activity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 777bl or had an account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

777bl reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately. If a player under the age of 21 is found to have registered an account, all winnings will be forfeited and the deposited amount will be returned to the verified source of funds where possible.

Each individual may register only one (1) 777bl account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Winnings accumulated on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 777bl will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawal requests are processed. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence. 777bl may request additional documents, such as proof of address or payment source, as part of enhanced due diligence.

All transactions on 777bl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or credit card payments for gaming deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted deposit methods include local Philippine e-wallets, bank transfers, and other payment channels as listed in the Deposit section of your account. Availability of specific methods may change without prior notice.

• Deposits must come from a payment account or bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are specified within the deposit interface and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same source of funds used for deposit wherever possible.
• Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected. 777bl aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but bank processing times are outside our control.
• 777bl reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.

777bl is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Please check with your provider before initiating a transaction.

All games and betting markets available on 777bl are governed by their individual product rules, which are accessible within each game or betting section. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules for that product.

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player. 777bl reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on suspended markets, or as a result of a system malfunction. Voided bets are refunded to your account balance in full.

Payouts on casino games are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) outcomes. Sports betting payouts are determined by official event results from recognised governing bodies. 777bl's determination of game outcomes and bet settlements is final.

In the event of a clear pricing error or manifestly incorrect odds being displayed, 777bl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stakes, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after bet settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777bl and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Chip dumping or deliberate loss of funds to transfer value to another account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Creating accounts using false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering or any financial crime activity conducted through the platform.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Any conduct that disrupts the platform's operations or negatively affects other players' experience.

777bl actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations when required.

From time to time, 777bl may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, or cashback incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General principles that apply to all promotions on 777bl include:

• Promotional offers are intended for personal use by the account holder only. Abuse, systematic exploitation, or coordination with others to maximise bonus value beyond normal individual use constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account closure.
• 777bl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 777bl does not guarantee the availability of any promotion and makes no commitment to providing future offers.

• Account activity is inconsistent with personal recreational use.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires account restriction.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 777bl support team. On account closure, any verified balance will be returned to the confirmed source of funds after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not yet met their release conditions.

777bl provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777bl shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures, system errors, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Decisions you make regarding wagering, including financial losses from betting or gaming activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

777bl may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Where appropriate, we may also notify registered players through in-platform messaging or email.

Your continued use of 777bl after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any updated term, you should stop using the platform and close your account. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute will apply to that dispute.
